Hey there, I first of all want to say thank you for your interest in my page & what I have to offer. I feel honored that you'd be interested in my workouts, nutrition information, & life. Before you dive too deep into it, I'd love to tell you more about how I got here. My name is Makiah Lemmer I am a NICU RN & NASM certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I got into working out in college after a life of playing sports came to an end. Unfortunately, working out became all about being the smallest version of myself. About 4 years into my journey I started prep to compete in a body building competition. 8 weeks into prep I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant with my daughter. The next year became a very dark place for me for several reasons but fitness & health took on a whole new meaning. The purpose of working out was no longer driven by how small I could be but by how strong I could be, in every faucet of life. I aim to be the healthiest version of myself for my little girl. I always want to be able to pick her up, run, get on the floor, & play with her when she asks. I want to be around one day to see all the things she accomplishes. Fitness has also become my outlet for my mental & emotional health as well. When I returned to work postpartum I decided to pursue fitness in a new way. I want to help women find the confidence, empowerment, & joy I have found through learning to move & fuel my body properly in a sustainable way. I want to encourage women to take care of themselves just as much as they take care of their families & loved ones. I've found by using my app I'm able to reach more people where they are & I'm able to use my time between my two jobs more efficiently. This space is for anyone & everyone, regardless of who you are, where you are, or what your fitness level is. I pray this community builds one another up as we all strive to be the best version of our selves for our families & loved ones but more importantly OURSELVES. ❤️ Thank you. ☺️

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
