- Standing with your feet shoulder width apart and a dumbbell in each hand
- Pull the dumbbells up to your shoulders, leading with your elbows 
- Lower the dumbbells back down with control

Dumbbell upright row

- Start with dumbbells on shoulders 
- Lower down into squat 
- As you stand up press dumbbells overhead

Thrusters

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain climbers

Circuit

- With your chest flat on an incline bench and a dumbbell in each hand
- Pull the dumbbells to your hips
- Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top
- Slowly lower the dumbbell back down

Dumbbell chest supported row

- Hinge at your hips, flat back, keep weights close for deadlift 
- As you come back up right into a hammer curl palms face each other

Deadlift + Hammer Curl

- Hands directly under your shoulders
- Keep core engaged and back flat for time
