Loved this circuit. I can’t believe I can do those plank to toe crunches! And I was able to the bear plank move full 30 seconds each round. πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ im soaked in sweat 🀣
