Finished up the final work out! Definitely can see the results! Also reached my goal of being able to DB curl 30 pounds! Thank you for creating this work out routine. It was really fun.

Loved this program, it’s tough and challenging but doable even if you aren’t that fit from the beginning. Should probably have started with this instead of Tomb raider though. Some small twerks would be appreciated, like rest timer on all sets and a clarification on some movement (Should you do ten in total or ten on each arm on the dumbbell curls?) Next up is terminator :) All in all a really great program!
