As always a challenging workout and excellent. Iโve set what I believe is an attainable goal for myself, Iโm 6 months away from turning 53 so I want to see how much muscle Iโm able to gain and try to get in the best shape of my life in that 6 month time frame. Iโve always struggled with gaining muscle so hereโs hoping for some better results.
