As always a challenging workout and excellent. I’ve set what I believe is an attainable goal for myself, I’m 6 months away from turning 53 so I want to see how much muscle I’m able to gain and try to get in the best shape of my life in that 6 month time frame. I’ve always struggled with gaining muscle so here’s hoping for some better results.
