As always a challenging workout and excellent. Iโ€™ve set what I believe is an attainable goal for myself, Iโ€™m 6 months away from turning 53 so I want to see how much muscle Iโ€™m able to gain and try to get in the best shape of my life in that 6 month time frame. Iโ€™ve always struggled with gaining muscle so hereโ€™s hoping for some better results.
