Merry Christmas. Just a couple questions on your ab workout. You repeat the side planks twice and after the jackknife exercise. Was that a mistake?  Also, the last burpee exercise it says 20 reps for 3 mins?  Then it says do as many as you can?  Confused?  Do as many as I can within 3 minutes or do 20 within 3 mins?

- Bring one knee up as high as you can
- Repeat on opposite side
- Use your arms for momentum 
- Increase speed as your feel comfortable

High knees

- Jump side to side on one foot (should never have 2nd food on ground)
- Jump further and faster as you get more comfortable

- Lay on the floor holding you hands by your head
- Extend one arm and rotate to the opposite side as your come up
- Lift your opposite leg of the floor

Alternating jackknife with rotation

- 10 reps on each side, repeated 3x
- Keep your hips elevated

Side plank

Crossover mountain climbers

- Start in plank position
- Rotate your leg through and shift your weight to your back foot and arm 
- Kick our your leg as it rotates trough

Rotational twist with  leg kicks

40 minute spin bike 15 minutes abs, not a bad way to spend an active recovery day.

The cardio and balance with the stability ball really challenged me. As well as the warm-up jog transitioning into the 4 sets of sprints. This was a good workout. Definitely will get better at the movements over time.
