HI YALL! WELCOME to the STRONG program! This program is designed to help you become the strongest version of yourself. The program includes weight training, high intensity interval training, bodyweight exercises, AB workouts, and cardio. This program will help you get leaner and STRONGER!! This program is for everyone, no matter your fitness level!
When training, pick weights that are challenging for you while maintaining proper form and execution! Push yourself everyday! Each week work to increase your weights.
A few things to focus on during this program:
- 10K steps daily
- Two forms of movement daily - walk, stretching, etc., along with your workout
- Prioritize protein intake - high protein with every meal and snack!
- 1 gallon of water DAILY! This is ESSENTIAL!
A few of my favorite protein sources:
- Lean ground turkey
- Non-fat greek yogurt
- Cottage cheese
- Chicken breast
- Tilapia
- 1st phorm protein powder
