I’m a retired competitive athlete (soccer and track)! Now I model and am a content creator. After sports, my body changed a lot — and I struggled with body image, overtraining, and following the wrong workouts and nutrition advice. I pushed myself in all the wrong ways, trying to figure out how to feel confident in my body after sports.
Throughout my 20s, I’ve refined my approach — learning how to stay lean, toned, and sculpted without the burnout. My background in athletics taught me discipline, but my lifestyle today is about balance — staying consistent while maintaining results both athletically and aesthetically.
This program is exactly how I train year-round — the workouts I swear by to look and feel my best while traveling, working, and living life. It’s not about extremes — it’s about moving with intention, seeing results, and feeling strong, feminine, and confident in your body!
