About the program

This 6-week at-home program will help you build a toned physique, build muscle and lose body fat. It consists of a 6-day workout split: 2 cardio/core days and 4 strength training days. It includes my demo videos and form tips. You will get familiar with these workouts and be able to continue to push yourself by increasing the weight you use each week! Minimal equipment is needed, but dumbbells are required for best results. Use what you have and slowly build up your collection. This program can be done in the comfort of your own home, outside, while traveling or even at a gym, if you like to mix it up! It is easy enough for beginners but will still be plenty challenging depending on the weights you pick up to use - it's up to you!

    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
