Hey there! My name is Madeleine - or as you may know me on IG, Madalena Moves Well. I'm here to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you with a practice of alignment-based yoga. I've been an athlete and runner all my life. I found yoga when I was training for half-marathons as a stretching and recovery practice. But it's become so much more! Alignment-based yoga translates into my other physical practices - finding strength and awareness, and connects me with myself and my breath, creating space for transformation.
