Hello hello! Welcome to my app! I hope you’ll find my love for fitness poured into this space. As a busy wife, mother of 3 and business owner, I know how challenging it can be to make fitness a priority. My goal is to make fitness easier to prioritize and fun! In 2014, I began teaching fitness classes in my small town. As my classes grew, a demand for online classes developed. I decided to go for it. In early 2020, I launched my online fitness business and began sharing my workouts with women all across the United States… and business grew. Eventually, I knew I needed an app, but I wanted the best, most functional, most beautiful app I could get… and here it is! I’m so excited you’re here!
