This program is designed to help an intermediate or beginner runner effectively complete a half marathon (13.1 miles) in their goal time! If you would like to increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness with the end goal of completing. a half marathon, this is the program for you! I completed all of the runs outside and all of the strength workouts in a fully-equipped gym (many modifications can be made if you're rocking with less equipment).

About the program

This is the program I wrote and used for myself while training for my first ever HALF MARATHON! Go from a beginner to intermediate runner to a successful race completer using these workouts What it includes: 10 weeks of training (with an option to add on if you have a longer period before your race) Running and strength workouts, warmups, and flexibility/recovery (all are needed for a pain & injury free race day) How the split runs: 5 days a week, 3 running workouts and 2 strength workouts (With two full rest days or one full rest day and an active recovery day)
