- Move one foot forward and one foot back lowering your back knee to the ground
- Press hips back and bend knees to 90 degrees
- Immediately reverse direction and explosively drive through the heel of your front foot
- Lift your knee up towards your chest

Sprinter lunge

Start in a good squat position with your butt down bending at the ankles, the knees, and the hips. 

While still in a squatting position, take half a step outside of your original positioning and bring it back. Repeat with other foot. 

Jump

Squat Tap To Jump

-Stand with feet shoulder width apart
-Lower into the bottom of a squat 
-Start standing back up and stop short of full extension 
-Pulse for desired reps

Squat pulses

-Lift your knee up to waist height x2 
- Repeat on the other side rapidly until desired number of reps or time is achieved

Standing leg lifts

- Begin with your feet in wide stance, and toes slightly turned out
- Keep one leg straight and bend the opposite knee, reaching your hands in front of you 
- Push your hips back as you come down
- Transfer your weight to the opposite side and repeat back and forth
-Tap the floor outside of your leg after each shuffle
