- Skip forward, lifting your lead knee to waist height
- Keeping your back leg straight as you come off your toe
- Continue moving forward alternating legs

A-skip

Keeping your weight on the balls of your feet, scissor your legs front and back.
This is quick footwork, and it should be light and fast. Pump your arms to keep the speed of the feet up in tempo.

Ali Shuffle

- Reach towards your opposite toe keep your arm and leg extended 
- Engage your core as you go up

Toe touches

- Move one foot forward and one foot back lowering your back knee to the ground
- Press hips back and bend knees to 90 degrees
- Immediately reverse direction and explosively drive through the heel of your front foot
- Lift your knee up towards your chest

Sprinter lunge

-With your hands behind your head, bring your elbow to your knee (same side). 
-Kick your foot up towards your opposite hand and back down. 
-Repeat until desired number of reps or time is achieved

Standing side crunch to cross kick

- Start with feet together
- Jump one foot back and the other foot forward lowering until knees are 90 degrees
- Quickly jump your back foot forward and front foot back
