- Keeping your back leg straight as you come off your toe
- Continue moving forward alternating legs

A-skip

- Run in place with high knees for time or reps
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

High knees

Sit on floor facing away from direction of crawling path. Place arms back to each side and bend knees so hands and feet are on floor. Raise hips off of floor. Bring knee to chest

Reverse Knee Up

Start with feet close together, jump and extend feet to about shoulder width apart while touching the floor
