How to get the best outcome of the program?
We will have options of workouts with just your body weight, or bands, or ankle weights and gym programs. You can add a Booty Builder workout at your weekly program at anytime.
How to schedule the program into a week?
You can add a Booty Builder workout at your weekly program at anytime. I recommend doing at least one Booty Builder workout per week, if your goals is to build and tone your gluteals. If you are following my Gym or Home program I recommend scheduling this workout for Day 3 or 6 of the week.
What do I need to participate in this program?
We will have options of workouts with just your body weight, or bands, or ankle weights and gym programs. Depending on your mood.
