What type of workouts are you sharing? Some examples of workouts you might see posted are Kettlebell, Bodyweight, Squat, Handstand, Mobility and other progressions separated into different categories (Tier 1, 2, etc.) based on difficulty.
The workouts here are meant to work well as stand-alones and compliments to current programs.

Does the workouts require any equipment? It depends! Some workouts will require more than others, and all of the workouts in the [ Build ] program will require a gym.
