What are the goals of the program? The goal is to prep your body and mind for optimum performance, using a short sequence of targeted mobility exercises and activation drills.
How to schedule the program into a week? Set 10 minutes aside before your normal training sessions to experiment with warmup sequences that are specific to your training.
These warmups can also be used in conjunction with my other programs, replacing or complementing the warmups in each session.
What do I need to participate in this program? Most warmup drills are equipment free, however a few sequences require a barbell, gymnastic rings and resistance bands.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The warmups are suitable for complete beginners and experienced athletes.
