What do I need to participate in this program? Hero Starter was designed so you can perform the sessions at home with little to no equipment. All you’ll need is a small open space, and potentially a yoga mat for some of the ground-based movements (although not required).
What are the goals of the program? Hero Starter is designed to provide you with an introduction to the basics of flexibility & mobility, functional strength, and endurance.
From there, you’ll begin to develop the physical and mental tools required to unleash your inner HERO and overcome any obstacles life throws your way.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Hero Starter is suitable for anyone interested in expanding their movement practice and revisiting the basics of mobility, strength and endurance. Athletes, gym warriors, complete beginners, and everyone in between.
