Today I bring you a Full Body HIIT that will start with a nice warm up to stretch your muscles and get them ready to start. After that we will do 3 circuits where the 1st circuit is about 4 different exercises of 3 rounds, you will put your beats to the maximum but also lower them in between. The 2nd circuit is also about 4 different exercises of 3 rounds, where you will combine cardio and strength. The final circuit is all about the up and down of your beats with only 2 exercises of 5 rounds in total.
