It's very easy for someone with decent fitness but no calestenics experience. It would be nice to have some alternatives for harder/longer exercises

I really couldn't do the side planks at all 🙈 I added dead bugs and mountain climbers, though.

I am not sure how the exercises worked. I just kept pressing things until it moved to the next item. I usually prefer 'work out with me' videos rather than just a static video I have to keep track of. Shame the time isn't automatic between sets and rests. Its only my first video so will keep trying

Was good activation of core. Did only 2 sets not 3. This week. Thinking I will repeat this weeks programs next week at 3 sets
