It feels so good doing this after a workout. I dont get the spinal twist exercise though, my body can't do that.

Would it be a good idea to add all the streching from your 25 min YouTube video? For example, people could choose between a 5 min cool down stretch with the essentials as already included in the app, and a complete 25 min stretch covering as much as possible.
