What are the goals of this program?
This program is designed to continue to build on the movements we began working on in the Bodyweight Beginner program which form the basis on calisthenics such as push ups, dips, handstands and core exercises. Working through this program you will increase your strength, mobility and functionality which will not only help you within calisthenics but in day to day life too!
Who are these workouts for?
This Bodyweight Inter program is designed to follow on from the Bodyweight Beginner program and so you can continue to develop your strength and skills in calisthenics. The program can be completed at home with absolutely no equipment so can be done in the comfort of your own living room (even in your comfies)! Although this program is an intermediate program, if you have a training background this program will be perfect for you even if you are new to calisthenics.
What do I need to participate?
You can complete this program with equipment that you can find around your home (eg. a step/chair, wall and floor space). You may also benefit from adding weights to some of the exercises however both the weights and resistance bands are optional.
What’s the schedule?
This is a 4 week program consisting of 3 full body workouts per week. You can structure these days however you would like within the week but as they are full body workouts it would be advisable to leave a rest day between training days. Additionally, you can repeat each week until you feel ready to progress to the next week and in doing so make this a 8 or 12 weeks program.
Are there any modifications for the exercises?
Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for exercises that are may need to be modified. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!

I’m as advanced to do all the exercises just fine, it’s just the negative push ups that I struggle with 😭 BUT I’m doing the pull up programm as well and am slowly seeing progress🌿🌷
