What are the goals of the program?
This program is designed for complete beginners to start moving, enjoying exercise in the comfort of their own home and start building strength for daily to day tasks whilst building a foundation for further exercise!
What equipment do I need to participate in this program?
Everything you need you will be able to find around your home. Other than that you just need a little floor space and yourself! ❤️
I have no experience with exercise, can I still take part in this program?
If you are brand new to exercise then this program is perfect for you! This has been designed to get you moving in a safe and enjoyable way by modifying exercises whilst still being challenging enough to build strength and make progress!
What if I miss a workout?
That is totally not a problem, I want you to make this work for you and your lifestyle! While the workouts will get progressively more difficult as the weeks move on, if you need to take a week out or miss a workout you can simply jump back in where you left off or simple repeat a week! Don't overthink it and have fun challenging yourself with something new!
Can I make this program longer?
Yes, in fact this is a great idea! While this program runs for 4 weeks I would suggest repeating each week either 2 or 3 times before moving onto the next week to make this an 8 or 12 week program! This will give your body the opportunity to get stronger, learn the movements and progress!

I love the exercises but found two consecutive similar ones hard (mountain climbers after the pike knee ones). Also it's not clear to me if 20 reps = 20 per side or total in the reverse lunges. The others were clear.

Pretty good workout for someone totally out of shape like myself. It honestly didn't feel like 30 min, felt like way less! 😊
