Lower the weight by 40-60lbs per exercises from W1/D1 and we are going to be increasing our reps!

Don’t forget your warm up prior doing these exercises. Even though it’s light glutes it was still pretty intense, loved every bit of the pain haha!
I also liked how the exercises that uses the same equipments are grouped together which makes it convenient for a busy gym.
