My name is Louis and I provide online fitness training for busy men who are looking to transform their physical health and mindset. Having experienced all-time lows such as depression, addiction, and homelessness, as well as living with various chronic health conditions, I know exactly how it feels to reach that painful point where you need to turn your life around. What equipment will I need?
Access to a standard commercial gym for most programmes. No equipment needed for Get Strong Home & Gym programme.
I'm a beginner, which programme is for me?
All levels, including beginners, can follow any of my programmes, so you can choose which suit your goals. I'll walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
How long does each session take?
Most sessions take between 30-60 minutes.
