About the program

How your plan works? Your plan is over 12 weeks. Each cycle lasts 4 weeks and is individually tailored to you. You'll have workouts set at your fitness level and my nutrition guide to help with recipes and portion sizes. Aim to complete 4-5 workouts per week and eat 3 healthy meals from my nutrition plan each day to see the best results.

    Is the program suitable for beginners?
    Several of the workouts are suitable for beginners however the intensity of the workouts increase as the weeks go on. If you are new to lifting then i recommend you message me directly and i will send you some modifications.
