Hey, my name is Louis Armstrong and fitness has been the biggest part of my life since I was 16. Whenever life gets tough or I’m going through a time of struggle, exercise and fitness always gets me through. I’ve done many types of training over the last 12 years but in the last 2 years I’ve taken on a more hybrid approach to training. Combining weight training, mobility and running has proven to be the perfect recipe to creating the happiest and healthiest version of myself. Now I want to teach and share with you my secrets on how to feel, look and be the best version of yourself.
My approach to diet and training is flexible and works around a balanced lifestyle, I believe you should enjoy your training and diet each and everyday. Getting better should be an enjoyable process not a chore!
