nice to be back after a few days of much needed rest. felt energetic and strong and increased the weight of all exercises... will feel that tomorrow. πŸ’ͺ🏽

Usually get my lifts in in the morning but this was a perfect way to end the day after work. Love how quick and effective the arm workout is with supersets.
