1 Set of heavy dumbbells (I'm using 10kg/22lb each)
1 Set of extra heavy dumbbells ( I'm using 15kg/35lb each)
1 Extra Heavy (I'm using 22kg/50lb)
Routine - 4 Rounds of:
8 Push Press
10 Deadlifts
8 Push-ups
15+15 kickbacks
8 Overhead Tricep Extensions
20 Glute Bridge Pulses
