You have to keep up with me! I put up new workouts almost every day and keep things fresh.
Can I save workouts?
Not yet. That feature is being built. Just message me what you love and i’ll make sure to deliver it!
How to schedule the workouts?
-I recommend training 3- 4x per week -Start wherever you want in the feed and then follow the workouts as I post. -I have 2 rest days per week
What are the goals of these workouts?
- Increase overall strength, mobility and flexibility. - Feel good! Keeping your body active will give you energy. You will sleep better, feel good and will be looking forward to your next workout every day.
What do I need to do these workouts and classes?
You need a yoga mat, a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, pull up bar, yoga block, , resistance band, ankle weights and a core wheel.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This workouts and classes are for everyone! You can always modify and scale down to fit your body and strength.
How to engage with me?
-Message me in the app for any questions you have. I would love to see your progress pictures/videos. Tag me on Instagram.

Amazing workout! Would love to see more resistance band exercises! Is it possible to access it permanently? Have done it several times this week and sad that it vanishes soon :(
