You need a kettlebell. If this is your first time using a kettlebell, I suggest you start with anything from 4kg/8lb - 6kg/13lbs. You also need a yoga mat.

For anyone who wants to build strength in just 20 minutes a day or start combining weights with their yoga practice.
How do I prepare for these workouts?
I recommend you do a quick full-body dynamic stretch and mobility routine. It shouldn’t take more than 5-7 min then you are ready to grab your kettlebell and begin.
