For anyone who wants to build strength in just 15 minutes a day or start combining weights with their yoga practice.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You need a kettlebell. If this is your first time, I would start low — anything from 9 to 13lbs works. You also need a yoga mat.
What if I don't have a kettlebell? You could still do the class without one and get good results or use a dumbbell.
How to schedule the program? You will have to train 3-4 times a week. I recommend at least 2 days of rest where you can still practice yoga of do any other activity you like.
I recommend you do a quick full body dynamic stretch and mobility routine. It shouldn’t take more than 5-7 min then you are ready to grab you kettlebell and begin.
