Thank you for the new tutorials! With overhead presses, I notice my chest is a bit flared and I wonder if I’m using my back a little. But yours looks the same. I try to focus on keeping my ribs down but I find inevitably when I’m pushing up, the chest comes forward/up a bit. Is this ok?
