Thank you Lizette! Doing this 8 Week Strength has built my strength and confidence. I am so glad I discovered your programs and app. I have gotten stronger and learnt so much about how to move my body and how to listen to it when trying to increase weights or try new exercises. I love the flexibility in being able to repeat sessions until I can feel like I’ve mastered it enough to move to the next one. I will definitely be repeating this program and increasing the weights used.
