I’m watching ahead because on this day I’ll be traveling and without weights. I can bring a band, though. Do you think I could do most of it with body weight and add reps? And maybe I’ll substitute something in for the dead lifts? No need to reply if you’re too busy. I’m determined to get my workout in that day, even if it’s not exactly what you’re doing!
