Enjoyed that - thank you! It would be useful to know in advance where kettlebells can be used instead of dumbbells and vice versa. (I have one set of medium DBs and lots of KBs, so sometimes I'm kind of guessing if KBs will work where lighter/heavier is needed. They worked well with this class, though!)
