This is truly the first time I’ve stuck to a program for more than two weeks and it’s been so good. I work full time…very early in the morning and get done with work just in time to pick up my kids from school. There are days when I just feel too exhausted. But every time I commit to doing it I’m so glad and so proud of myself.
