it was awesome! i have some shoulder problems on the right side, so I couldn’t bring down the arms all the way down when we are on our backs, that’s when i feel it the most so maybe no weights there but the other exercises it’s ok. i am on treatment, myo-fascial, let’s see how that goes, I’ve been sick too with streptococcus for 3 weeks, & this is my first week & without antibiotics 😊 i hope all is well with you y las niñas, hermosas! 😘❤️🕉🙏🏽
