Today is week 4, day 2 for me so I did this lower body yoga warmup beforehand. I do this every leg day because I love it and it always wakes my muscles up. Today I noticed that I breezed through it with ease and flexibility. I know this is a strength program, but I truly feel like it’s also helping with my flexibility as well!!! I’m so excited to continue through the next 8 weeks, then move into the 6 week program! :)
