Completed 7 days! I enjoyed these kettlebell yoga series very much, the duration of the exercises are just nice for morning before I hit my work desk. They look simple yet it make me sweat and there are movements I tried to achieve in better form. I may repeat the series over and over again - I am loving it 😘. Thank you Liz.
