Is today Friday already?! :) Happy Friday. In this practice, there are two three poses to rise up from sitting or the floor. I couldn’t get up from sit, the most memorable one way with my legs closed together.

Thank you, Lizette! If you have a moment and it’s easy for you, what muscles should I be thinking about to go from a low squat to sitting on the floor with control? I drop like a ton of bricks each time! But if you don’t have the time, please don’t answer. I appreciate you!
