I am loving your kettlebell yoga sessions! So unique and awesome. Sometimes I feel like your pace is a little too fast and it can be tricky to follow, especially during that hip flexor section. Regardless, I intend to do all 4 of your programs!

Transition from skandasana a bit tricky with the kettlebell but alla in all great!
