A full-body yoga class that can easily be done without the kettlebell.

Lizette thank you SO much for this and all your classes. I love your work, it incorporates all my loves. You give me so much inspiration for my own classes too. I’m a massage therapist, Pilates teacher, yoga teacher, movement educator, kettlebell lover, studio owner, first and foremost a Mama. I’m going to take the FRC course in October, virtually of course.
