Good balance between upper, lower and core. I also just increased what I lift by 5 lb (smallest increase possible with my set of weights) so it was extra challenging!

Enjoyed that! I liked the cue to pull front heel back in lunges. I never do that, and really felt the difference in my hams. Thank you!
