Equipment: Yoga mat, something to slide your feet with (towel or paper plates if you have carpet) and a chair, bench or sofa.
If you want to load this workout, just add a dumbbell or kettlebell to the squats and hip thrusts....Β more

My triceps almost didn't make it through that 3rd round. That was a great bodyweight workout.
