This program is for the busy mom or woman who needs effective, killer workouts in less than 45 minutes! This is a dumbbell, band and bodyweight program so you can do these workouts at home, vacation, the gym, anywhere! 


What to Expect: 
- 4 Week Program with a 3 day split 
- Full Body workouts that are a mix of strength, conditioning cardio & core. 
- All you need are dumbbells and a set of resistance bands. 
- Workouts are 30-45 minutes
