Each week you will have two full body conditioning workouts, two strength focused workouts and two core cardio workouts with mobility warmups. Expect to see kettlebells, bodyweight training, bands, wall balls, battle ropes, sleds, dumbbells, TRX, plyometrics and so much more with this functional training program!
