About the program

This functional hybrid training program will help elevate your workouts to the next level and banish boredom at the gym with fun, creative and challenging workouts. If your goal is to build toned muscles, step up your cardio endurance game, improve mobility and build a stronger core than Power Camp is for you! Each week you will have two full body conditioning workouts, two strength focused workouts and two core cardio workouts with mobility warmups. Expect to see kettlebells, bodyweight training, bands, wall balls, battle ropes, sleds, dumbbells, TRX, plyometrics and so much more with this functional training program! POJO Power Camp is fun, full of variety and provides AMAZING results! This is the exact training plan I personally follow and it combines all of my favorite styles of training and workouts that I love. At the end of this 5 week program, you will be stronger, leaner, have more endurance, will notice a tighter and stronger core plus you will have a blast and love working out again! In addition to my 5 week program, you will also recieve my Macros 101 Ebook that includes a meal plan, shopping list, tons of recipes (kid approved!), eating out guide, breaks down macros, tips and tricks and more to help you be successful at tracking macros!
