Summer Shred is a 6-week fat burn program with a strong focus on metabolic conditioning. This involves strength training & high intensity exercises performed in a circuit-style format.
You will be training 5 days per week. You will need access to dumbbells, a box or bench, Bosu ball, pull up bar and resistance bands. This is a challenging program, but nothing worth doing is ever easy! All levels are welcome, whether you're an advanced gym junkie or beginner. I encourage you to challenge yourself- if you don't try you will never discover what you are truly capable of.
With each workout, you will elevate your heart rate, burn calories, and improve both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Expect to unlock a resilient mindset and a strong, lean physique. Together we will melt stubborn fat, improve mental clarity + focus, enhance overall endurance, gain lean muscle mass, & find that GLOW you deserve.
