This 6-week program combines the best of barbell training, functional circuits, core sculpting, and high-output conditioning to help you build lean muscle, accelerate fat loss, and master your movement patterns. Every session is structured with purpose—starting with movement prep and power-based supersets to prime your body, followed by targeted strength blocks, metabolic conditioning, and core-focused finishers.
Structure of Each Workout:
🔹 Dynamic Warm-Up: Mobility + Activation
⚡ Power Prep Superset: Low-load explosive intent
🏋️ Main Lift Block: Barbell or Dumbbell strength progression
🔁 Accessory Work or MetCon: Unilateral, stability, sculpt
🔥 Core Finisher: Advanced core activation, carries, holds, or Pilates
Training Split:
• Day 1 – Full Body Strength + Power
• Day 2 – Functional Conditioning + Core
• Day 3 – Lower Body Strength + Sculpt
• Day 4 – Upper Body + Pilates Core
